TVision Technology joins the elite as the twelfth UK Microsoft Partner to obtain new Gold partner status for Dynamics NAV (formerly Navision) and the only pure NAV Gold partner in London and the South East.
Exclusively focused on NAV for over ten years, like many Dynamics partners, TVision had been Gold certified for a number of years. Last year Microsoft announced a re-vamp of the Partner Certification process to ensure that Gold truly reflected a mark of superior competency and expertise with the products. “With the restructuring, Microsoft introduced a new Silver level,” explains Richard Thompson, MD of TVision Technology. “However, our sights were firmly set on Gold.”
The stringent requirements included client references, Customer Satisfaction Surveys and completion of exams that testify to depth of product knowledge and understanding of how to successfully implement Dynamics NAV. This is a shift in focus away from an emphasis on sales and firmly on ability to deliver and support solutions.
