Agency Time provides a fully integrated back office solution, tailored to the needs of the recruitment industry, built on the Microsoft Dynamics NAV platform. Go live is due in September 2013.
International IT recruitment consultancy, Nicoll Curtin, has engaged Microsoft Gold partner, TVision Technology Ltd to implement their Agency Time solution based on Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
Nicoll Curtin is a leading international IT recruitment consultancy working across the banking and finance, commerce and industry and public sectors; recruiting contract and permanent technology professionals for global clients from offices in London, Zurich and Singapore. Year on year growth meant good news for the company but highlighted the need to update the infrastructure to cope with the volume.
It became clear that the existing systems would not cope with the increased quantity or the demands from the business for greater efficiency and management information. Earlier this year the search began for a system that could manage the operational needs of timesheet processing and permanent placements; provide analytical business information and on a platform that could keep pace with the growth plans of a successful international recruitment agency.
