Day one began in London and ended just outside Calais. I have been warned off comparing the endeavour to a Dynamics NAV implementation. Aching into day two, our team are at the point where they are wondering if they really prepared as much as they could have done! All projects are hard work, are any of them as hard as the hills approaching Dover?
