What have I learned so far at Directions EMEA 2017?
Business application roadmap
After day one yesterday, I have to say it’s fantastic to be at Directions EMEA 2017. This event has given the TVision team a great opportunity to learn more about Microsoft’s business application roadmap. Their long awaited vision has now been explained to the 2,000+ attendees as a roadmap and the integration of front office, mid office and back office processes is a reality with Dynamics 365, rather than a distant idea.
Microsoft listened to feedback
I’m also really pleased to say that Microsoft have listened to the community feedback! Small companies need out-of-the-box functionality that can scale. Large companies need solutions that comprehend their complexity. Microsoft has provided the answer: we need to build on the foundations of Microsoft Dynamics NAV and CRM and provide the business community with what they need to start their businesses with, what they need to grow, and what they need to keep expand successfully. Microsoft provide the technology, and we as your trusted NAV partners provide the knowledge. The technology is already good, well it’s better than good, and yet it’s continuously being improved. The knowledge of business processes, our customer understanding and engagement is the biggest strength of the partner community. We know how to make Dynamics NAV work for you. Microsoft and TVision are the perfect partners of technology and knowledge that can deliver value for your specific business challenges which are common across many if not all industry sectors.
Tenerife is coming
One of the main messages coming out of Directions EMEA here in Madrid: Tenerife is coming – these are truly exciting times to be in the NAV world!
The plan is clear, the integration of end-of-end business process based on the strength of Microsoft’s CRM and NAV solutions is exceptional. Integration, automation, optimisation …. all of today’s business ambitions can now be achieved and will continue to improve. If you think you don’t need these solutions now, I’m sure you will do very soon.
