Due to the latest government statement, we wanted to reassure you that at TVision we are taking the situation seriously to minimise disruption to you, provide continuity of our service, and to ensure that as far as you are concerned it is business as usual if and when you need to get in touch with us.

We are closely following the Public Health England (PHE) advice relating to COVID-19 and Coronavirus. The health, safety and well-being of our employees and clients is our top priority.

How we are providing uninterrupted service

Our Colleagues all have access to laptops and mobile technology with Microsoft collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams to communicate with our clients. As a result, we believe that disruption will be minimal unless our colleagues or our clients’ employees become ill in large numbers.

Whilst working from home, our colleagues will ensure both client information and intellectual property is kept confidential, in line with GDPR requirements and standard working practice. All of our technology is in the cloud and regularly backed up. Our business continues to operate as normal.

How we are keeping our colleagues safe

Our leadership team has executed an emergency response plan with guidelines for working and managing teams remotely. We have instructed our employees to work from home for the next two weeks and will monitor the situation and adjust the time frame as needed.

Furthermore, any of our employees in a high risk category have been asked to keep themselves safe by working from home for the foreseeable future. Electronic communication has increased on all projects, using email and Microsoft Teams to keep all Colleagues and clients informed or project progress.

We are recommending that any scheduled meetings continue via Teams or other online conferencing facilities until the government revises their recommendations.

If you need to contact us

If you need to contact one of the TVision team then please email them or call them on their mobile. If you need to contact the Support Team please email support@tvisiontech.co.uk where a ticket will be raised and responded to as normal.

If you need to raise a high priority ticket then please call the support number on 01483 713480 (this may be diverted to a mobile number if necessary to ensure we can answer all calls during our normal office hours).

We appreciate that these are uncertain times, but we would like to reassure you that we are here to support you.

If you have any questions, please do get in touch.

Pippa Odell
TVision Managing Director
