Rachael Venville – Office Manager

Rachael Bath has been working at TVision since July 2017. With her sunny disposition and helpfulness, she makes life easy for everyone based in the Woking office. We can all rest easy knowing our stationery is in order, the kitchen is fully stocked with all things tea and coffee, any business updates lunches are arranged, and our office visitors are welcomed with a warm smile.

Name someone you admire, and why?

I admire my Mum for her strength and optimism. She is so ambitious and selfless; I hope these are traits I am lucky enough to inherit.

What’s a typical day like for you?

Every day is varied, it could be Accounts related, HR or looking after the office.

Do you have any skills or talents that most people don’t know about?

I regularly take part sporting events, such as triathlons and half marathons.

If you could be anywhere other than here, right this minute, where would you be.

I’d like to be known as a person is always trying to better myself.

What do you think are the best skills that you bring to your job?

I am flexible and always happy to help.

I have a 30 before 30 list and the next one to tackle is to rent a bouncy castle.

Describe a personal goal that you want to accomplish in the next year?

I’ve signed up for Brighton Marathon 2019, with the aim to finish under 4hrs 30mins.

What publications do you regularly read?

I always have my nose in a book on the walk to work; I love a murder mystery.

What are you happiest doing, when you’re not working?

Cuddled on the sofa with family, a film, and a bag of pick and mix.

What are some causes you care about?

I have just started volunteering for Age Concern, I think it’s important that everybody has someone to talk to.

What do you do with friends in your spare time?

We love going out for food, cinema, walks, tennis and of course, shopping.

What would be your personal motto?

I recently heard the phrase ‘If you can, you must’ I’d like to try to live by this to get the most out of life!
