Leadership Skills Foundation is an SME, social enterprise and charity. With 30 employees based at its head office in Milton Keynes and across the UK, it creates courses, trains tutors, and supports learners to allow them to achieve their potential. Through practical, peer to peer learning and volunteering, young people develop essential life and work skills including resilience, leadership, communication skills and increased self-confidence.
Leadership Skills Foundation became a TVision Technology customer in 2016 when they moved their support contract for Microsoft Dynamics NAV over to TVision Technology from a Microsoft partner that had originally implemented NAV for them. After four years,they decided that it was time to upgrade their ERP system and selected Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central because it had the out of the box finance functionality they were looking for.
