What to expect from the April 2019 Microsoft Dynamics 365 update release
With the April 2019 release of Microsoft Dynamics 365 coming soon, Microsoft has recently provided details of what to expect. These new features are planned between April and September, but previews for some of these will be made available in February 2019.
As well as some expected MS Dynamics 365 updates, new and exciting features include mixed reality and artificial intelligence (AI) to help organisations transform their customer service, sales and marketing functions. It’s great for those wanting to drive more personalised engagement with their customers, become more proactive with their decision making, or gain actionable insights through AI enhanced analysis.
