As a result of that investment, the vast majority of support tickets, whether raised by email or phone, are resolved on first contact.

Dedicated Account Management

As well as day-to-day support we also keep in regular contact with you via your dedicated Account manager. They can discuss ways to help you improve how you use NAV in order to make the most out of your investment. Whilst this can sometimes require upgrading your version of NAV, we can also offer a “spring clean” to revitalise your system.

Revitalise your instance of NAV

Whilst we recommend a NAV upgrade in order to take advantage of any new functionality, a heathcheck could provide you with the short-term benefits of enhancing your system with the existing set-up of functionality you are not using, or with a small development. You might discover a need for revitalising a particular process or department. For example, you might want to get more out of CRM, set up zones and bins for a more efficient warehouse operation, or improve your BI reporting. Most people would be surprised at what we can suggest for your current system with a fresh look and a tweak here or there. There are advantages to a refresh in that the project can be very specific and concentrate on a particular business need. Also, less time and resource is required than moving to a brand new version. However, this is only a stop gap solution.
