We at VHR have been seeking a business partner who can work with us to position VHR for the challenges of the next decade. We chose TVision as that partner, because they had a credible solution to meet both our middle and back office needs with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and their proprietary recruitment solution. The decision was only made possible because of TVision’s specific recruitment industry knowledge and their clear ability to understand the complex needs of VHR now and looking forwards.

Microsoft Dynamics NAV was proven to be well placed to help take VHR to the next level and beyond; to develop the infrastructure, drive the automation and provide the latest business intelligence capability necessary to deliver profitable growth. To extend the value of the product, we opted to purchase the extended pack functionality to:

a) enable the management of many companies during the same posting process which is important given the need to run companies in many jurisdictions;

b) set up profit centres to deliver full delegated authority to our divisional directors, and;

c) develop complex project management structures to deliver client-driven solutions for both costings and invoicing – something we previously had to attempt to deliver through a plethora of complicated spreadsheets.

VHR is adopting AgencyTime because it is one of the few recruitment solutions that can enable the creation of a seamless one step solution to replace middle and back office, enabling the accurate payment of contractors and billing of many and complex clients on an international basis. It has been developed on the Dynamics NAV platform which is proven to support businesses processing thousands of transactions over the monthly cycle; a key for VHR.

We have chosen to deploy the solution on the Microsoft Azure Cloud Services, to enable global access capability on PC, tablet or mobile phone, without the limitations experienced using a hosted network thus delivering multiple access points, total resilience, incredible speed and security of a Microsoft-hosted cloud solution.

Neil Candeland, VHR’s Interim Finance Director said: “After the first meeting with TVision it was clear that Pippa Odell and her team really understood what we were talking about and were able to demonstrate, based on the VHR model, how Microsoft Dynamics NAV and AgencyTime could provide the solutions we were looking for. Their knowledge of the recruitment industry was far beyond that of the many competitors we met and clearly gave us the confidence to go into partnership with TVision.”

Danny Brooks, VHR’s founder and Managing Director commented: “Our drive is to automate processes in our business wherever we can, drive up productivity, drive out paper and simplify systems integration across our business to deliver best-in-class services to our contractors and clients. I believe that the investment we are making in Microsoft Dynamics NAV and AgencyTime with TVision will be an important step to reaching those goals.”

This project is currently undergoing implementation, with a go-live later this year. A full press release will be issued in due course.
