Pippa is the Managing Director of TVision, and was a founder partner of the company when it started in 1999.
She had a background in Human Resources and payroll systems before co-founding TVision. Pippa initially worked in consultancy advising clients on how to get the best out of their finance software, reengineering their processes and enhancing reporting capabilities.
Andrea was promoted TVision’s Operations Director in April 2023. Prior to that, he has spent six years managing our busy development team.
He has over a decade of experience as a NAV Consultant and a Solutions Architect. His experience of being a co-owner of a NAV Partner in Italy brings his wealth of knowledge to us here in the UK. He is a keen traveller, and often returns home to his native Italy as well as visiting other countries around the world.
Claudio has over 15 years experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics NAV in the drinks sector. Having also spent a number of years at wine importer Enotria & Coe, he is acutely aware of the specific business challenges and information needs of companies in this sector and how to leverage ERP to meet those needs.
Jon joined TVision as its Sales Director in early 2022. He comes from a background of international technology sales, mainly SaaS based in recent years. His role at TVision involves driving annual revenue, maintaining levels of gross margin, improving sales processes, and building and managing the sales team and partner opportunities.
Danusia has a background in B2B and B2C Marketing, working for both blue chip and smaller organisations throughout her marketing career.
Although her transition to marketing has been an unusual one, her background in Science as a Chemistry undergrad and Physical Chemistry postgrad has helped her with the various communications styles necessary for sharing succinct marketing messages to various audiences.
Abid joined TVision’s busy client delivery team as a Project Manager in January 2024. Abid has been working in ERP project management for the last four years. Prior to this, he worked in both the health and wellbeing industry and the hotel industry.
Here at TVision, Abid is responsible for project managing Business Central and Bevica implementations for both new and existing TVision customers; ensuring that the projects stay on time and within budget.
Alex brings to the team a wealth of marketing and communications experience within the B2B and public sectors.
She crafts and publishes engaging content for both prospective and existing clients, across the website, on social media and via marketing campaigns to a range of audiences.
Ben is a skilled consultant having held operations manager role at both Hallgarten and Liberty Wines.
He brings both hands-on operational experience and deep strategic skills to the team. He has helped many of our clients manage complex business change and improve business efficiency.
Brad is one of the team based on the busy TVision support desk, who successfully passed his Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant Associate accreditation in October 2021.
When the phone rings he is able to quickly work out what a client needs and finds a way of helping to solve their problems, whatever they may be due to his many years experience in warehousing, costing, inventory and Bevica.
Carl Entwistle joined TVision in late 2023 as a Functional Consultant in TVision’s busy Delivery team. Carl has over 10 years of experience working client-side with Microsoft ERP solutions, such as NAV.
His role as a Functional Consultant at TVision is to learn about a customer’s business, their processes and help them to implement Business Central as effectively and efficiently as possible as well as supporting them in continuously improving the system, be that via configuration changes and/or bespoke development.
Charlotte-Louise Neufeld is the Executive Assistant to our MD, Pippa Odell.
Chris started working with Navision in 2001. He worked for nearly a decade at a global NAV partner in Barcelona (as a developer) and London (as a consultant). After that, Chris spent another decade working as a freelance NAV developer on large end-user projects.
Chris is delighted to now be at TVision because he can bring his own skills and experience to the company, as well as learn lots about Business Central and SaaS from a wonderful team.
For 20 years David worked in the drinks industry for Justerini & Brooks/Diageo and held a number of positions across sales, events, operations, management, systems, and data. The notable highlight was the implementation of Bevica in 2020. David ensured the system and its enhancements exceeded a number of complex requirements and that the overall migration and go-live (during a pandemic) ran smoothly!
David moved to TVision in autumn 2022 and is looking forward to translating his in-depth trade and Bevica experience on the client side into insight, explanation, and successful implementations and enhancements for our existing and new TVision customers so they can unlock their most important business processes and deliver value, growth, and profitability.
Debbie joined TVision in 2022 as the Customer Services Team Leader. Debbie comes from a finance background which has evolved into IT support and training over the years. She is now responsible for the TVision Support Team, running the Helpdesk and general admin relating to support.
Stef is a Senior Developer at TVision, and has worked for the company for over 12 years. She has a broad experience of C/SIDE development on all areas of NAV from version 2.6 all the way through to NAV 2018. She also liaises directly with clients to solve any issues with standard or bespoke functionality.
Felicity’s work background has been predominately finance but she has also worked in Stock Control, Sales Support and Purchasing. All of which have given her a wealth of experience and a better understanding on how to manage finance queries. Her main role within TVision is Accounts Payable/Receivable, Credit control, bank reconciliations and assisting with all general financial duties.
Gencay has been working with Microsoft Solutions such as NAV and Business Central since 2014. Gencay has recently moved to the UK from Turkey and has joined TVision as a Functional Consultant in TVision’s busy Delivery team.
Georgia Bailey joined TVision in mid 2023 as Financial Controller. Georgia has over 10 years of experience in Finance and Accountancy. Her role at Tvision is to manage and report on all financial aspects of the business as well as helping the Directors in implementing TVision’s financial strategy.
Gualter Silveira joined TVision in mid 2023 as Senior Developer in our busy Development Team. Gualter has extensive experience of both NAV and BC, both as part of an end-user development team and as an implementation and support partner. As a senior developer, Gualter is always looking for the latest technologies related to BC and Azure as well as looking to help clients improve the ways they collaborate with Azure DevOps Services and new functionalities.
Hamish Kirwan joined TVision at the beginning of 2023 as a Implementation Consultant, specialising in Bevica implementations.
Ian is one of the team that works on the busy in-house Support Desk here at TVision, and joined in 2016.
He has an extensive knowledge of NAV throughout his career as an end user in the manufacturing, food distribution and agriculture sectors. This experience means he is easily able to pinpoint the source of customers troubles and fixing them.
Jack is one of the team that works on the busy in-house Support Desk here at TVision, and joined in 2022.
Jack has been working with NAV and Business Central since 2019 and has worked with a number of different partners. Here at TVision, Jack’s role is to help resolve customer questions and queries to help them get back to working as quickly and effectively as possible.
Jason has been with TVision for over 10 years, nearly two decades of experience of working with Dynamics NAV.
His role here at TVision is as a Solution Architect. He has significant experience of the implementation cycle from design through to actual implementation, and has knowledge in areas covering Supply Chain, CRM, Financials and Warehousing.
Jon is one of the TVision Developers, and has been with the company since 2011.
He has a wealth of experience in writing code for our clients based on any change requests we receive on a regular basis on all areas of the software from version 3.60 to BC19.
Having previously joined TVision Technology in 2018 as Marketing Campaigns Assistant, Lucy returned in September 2022 as our Digital Marketing Executive.
With 15 years’ experience in the digital marketing space, she creates brand awareness and content through our social media channels, as well as engaging copy and branding for our website.
Mel, by her own admission, has had quite a varied work life and has never been afraid to try something, including beings a cleaner, a postie, a pet shop assistant, and a carer.
For the past 10+ years, she has worked within the IT solutions sector and worn many hats, covering many roles up to management level. Her main focus has always been customer service and project management. Her current role at TVision is purely project management and she is looking forward to being able to focus on becoming more of an expert in this field.
Mike is one of our Consultants who provides IT Consultancy and IT Implementation advice and recommendations, as well as IT Project Management and Business systems support. With experience relating to Azure hosting and cyber security, he adds an extra dimension to the advice we can provide around IT implementations.
Nicki Solly joined TVision in September 2022 as the Executive Assistant to the Sales Director. Nicki has extensive experience in administration and office management, with her previous role being a personal assistant. Her role at TVision is to support the Sales Director with business operations by providing administrative support and assistance with operations management.
Nicola has worked at TVision for over 15 years and has a wealth of experience across the Consultancy and Support teams. Starting off in Consultancy she helped to implement the Dynamics solution with Clients, and that experience has proved invaluable in her current role as the Bevica Quality Control Manager.
Patryk Niedzwiedzki has joined our busy delivery team as a Finance Consultant. Before joining TVision, Patryk worked in a number of different finance roles, mainly in a management accountant role. He spent the two and a half years prior to joining TVision working as Assistant Management Accountant for leading wine wholesaler (and Bevica client), EWGA Wines
Sam Sankah is one of our Support Desk Consultants. Prior to joining TVision, Sam worked for an end-user for six years helping them with all kinds of issues and advising them the best ways to use Business Central and NAV. Here at TVision, Sam is helping new and existing customers use Business Central and NAV more effectively.
Sarah rejoined TVision in September 2022 and was employed due to her excellent knowledge of Project Management. She has great relationships with all of our clients when taking on responsibility for their new software implementations and also other ongoing projects.
Part of our dedicated implementation team, Simone is an experienced Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central consultant and developer. He’s also a keen cook too!

Thakshila is a well-experienced sales and marketing professional with over 18 years of experience in the IT industry in Sri Lanka before she relocated to the UK. During her career, she has created business development (partnerships and new markets) and sales opportunities for both Dynamics 365 Business Central and CRM, as well as developed and maintained corporate client relationships in order to bring in recurring business.
As an Account Executive at Tvision, she is our customers’ touch point when they have any issue (apart from Support) or need information.
Thisum has been working as a Functional Consultant in NAV and Business Central for the past four years and has implemented these ERP solutions for numerous companies. His role in TVision’s busy Client Support team is to help clients use Bevica, Business Central and NAV more effectively.
