The Recruitment International World Leaders event in London was an accidental advert for our proposition of standardising on the Microsoft Dynamics platform. Although the brief for the day was to share concerns and best practices for developing a global recruitment agency, the challenge of deploying effective IT to support the growth was a theme that continued throughout the day. And with every problem we heard that day, we had to stop ourselves jumping up and shouting, “We can sort that for you!”

We heard how recruiters are keen to implement standard packages rather than niche, local products. Microsoft Dynamics is a standard, global solution with the partner channel to match. They want the products to be supported by a large organisation: $25billion turnover large enough? We heard how recruiters need familiar, intuitive interfaces that support mobility; guess what? Yep, Microsoft Dynamics can do that! And finally, we heard how recruiters want to work with IT partners who understand their industry and have developed solutions that address their challenges . . . hello Microsoft Dynamics NAV with Agency Time and Dynamics CRM for front office!

At the risk of sounding smug, these are issues TVision predicted; that’s why we developed Agency Time. It’s also our industry, thinking about how users interact with IT and how it needs to work for them. So it has long been a sensible proposition: recruitment specific functionality, on a widely supported global platform with leading technology. For recruiters this is all of particular importance, with a high level of graduate recruitment schemes and the push with on-line tools and social media, agencies need technology to support operations and form part of recruitment / retention of their own teams.

Standardising on Microsoft Dynamics gives the tools and reassurance that the technology can be relied on whilst people can get on with meeting people.
