Surrey based Microsoft Gold ERP Partner TVision Technology Ltd is celebrating the second most successful year since the company was founded in 1999. With a year-end of 31st May, the company saw the majority of revenue in the second half of the year. During the summer and early autumn of 2012 it looked as if the recession was holding firm, from October onwards economic confidence and the launch of NAV 2013 marked a sharp, positive turn.

As a predominantly services based company, TVision is fortunate in that over-heads are relatively low and a loyal client base ensured continuity during the worse of the downturn. Since January this year, the upturn promised in October has continued strongly and led to expansion in the operations team to meet the demand from new and existing clients.

New client projects included companies looking to change systems. This sector of TVision revenue has been down in recent years with companies shying away from large capital expenditure projects. 2012/2013 saw TVision gain eight clients new to Microsoft Dynamics NAV and continued recognition from Microsoft as a valued Gold Partner.

“TVision has a reputation for working on larger, more complex projects,” Nicki Stewart, Sales Director TVision, “This is great for us and our clients as we work on mission critical solutions that drive real business benefit. For Microsoft it shows great results for revenue contribution and confirms the suitability of Dynamics NAV to meet the needs of the mid-market.”

Client success stories include key verticals such as wine merchants with Hallgarten Druit and Liberty Wines projects and Nicoll Curtin for the recruitment agency sector. In addition, growth has been seen across industries including clients involved with private medical services, plant hire and IT services. There has also been a lot of interest in the latest version, Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013, from both new and existing clients.

“In straight numbers, 2012/2013 is the second most successful year for TVision,” Richard Thompson, MD. “However, in terms of strategic business growth we would say that it has been number one and it certainly paves the way for an even more successful 2013/2014.”

In August, TVision Technology is looking forward to the visit from local MP Dominic Raab, keen to see how companies in his constituency are supporting economic growth, “It’s great to see innovative local businesses like TVision Technology going from strength to strength. This is the kind of SME that can create the jobs we need, and is very much the future of this country, ” Dominic Raab, Member of Parliament for Esher and Walton.
