TVision Technology has moved to Woking in Surrey after 10 years located in Walton on Thames. A Microsoft Gold Partner specialising in the implementation of Dynamics NAV, TVision needed larger premises following the company’s growth over the last year and especially in recent months
“We needed new premises and nothing suitable came up in Walton,” Pippa Grant, Operations Director, “Woking offered greater opportunities with great transport links and attractions for existing and future employees.”
TVision enjoys an unrivalled staff retention rate. For many of the long-term employees, Walton had become a second home. Recent developments in the town centre have shifted the emphasis of the town to retail and leisure; TVision needed a base that could accommodate a growing technology business.
Woking was chosen as it offered a range of suitable premises and was well located for existing staff as well as being an excellent location for attracting future members to the team.
Local MP, Jonathan Lord, was quick to welcome TVision to his constituency, “I am delighted that TVision Technology Ltd have decided to base their operations in Woking. Despite the difficult economic climate that continues in much of the country, Woking and the surrounding area is definitely thriving and there are big and imaginative plans to improve the town centre yet further. The move was completed just before Christmas and the first new member of staff joined in January, continuing the growth of the operations team, as the third new starter in as many months.
For TVision’s clients, located throughout the UK and beyond in the US and Europe, the company’s location is of less importance as support is predominantly managed remotely and for large projects at the client’s site. It is continuity that is more important to clients and that TVision has the right team in place; Pippa Grant continues, “We have not lost a single member of staff through the relocation and in fact, have further increased the attractiveness of a career with TVision, which is tremendous.”

TVision serves clients in many different fields with particular expertise in working with the drinks distribution industry and the recruitment sector having developed The Wine System and Agency Time, TVision’s own Dynamics NAV based products for these two markets respectively.
