Everyone we speak with during pre-sales claims they will change process before they change software. However, particularly with well-established companies with engrained processes, this aspiration is not always met as closely as may have been hoped. Over the years the sales “guess” has allowed for the idiosyncrasies that make each business unique. At the same time, both Dynamics NAV and our Wine System have continued to grow.
The combination of rich functionality and Mangrove’s aim to keep processes simple (yet very effective) has proved that the sales equation for estimating needs to catch up.
As a general rule, I don’t enjoy being wrong; on this occasion, I couldn’t be more pleased. Mangrove and sister company Barwell & Jones are proving that as standard, NAV 2016 and the Wine System are a great fit for wines and spirit merchants.
