Moving to Business Central

Prior to implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Supermassive Games made use of a number of disparate systems to manage their business processes.

Following a period of significant business growth, the number of games development projects grew considerably. It was quickly recognised that the existing systems were no longer sustainable as the number of people needing to use them had increased, maintenance had become more time-consuming, and the information had become more complex. The system had therefore, become unwieldy and had become a risk to the business. At the same time, it was decided that the company accounting system should also be upgraded. The conclusion was that a move to an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, such as Business Central, that could manage both the financial and project tracking aspects of their business would be a sensible move forward
