Thakshila Wickramasinghe – Account Executive
Thakshila is a well-experienced sales and marketing professional with over 18 years of experience in the IT industry in Sri Lanka before she relocated to the UK. During her career, she has created business development (partnerships and new markets) and sales opportunities for both Dynamics 365 Business Central and CRM, as well as developed and maintained corporate client relationships in order to bring in recurring business.
As an Account Executive at TVision, she is our customers’ touch point when they have any issue (apart from Support) or need information.
Name someone you admire and why
I admire one of my ex-employers, namely Ms. Sujatha Nadeson, who is my mentor and inspiration. Being a female in the corporate world, amongst many challenges she has introduced many concepts and technologies in to Sri Lankan Market. I learned the words “BPO”, “CRM” and “ERP” from Ms. Nadeson and she has inspired me to develop my career to the height where I am now and I am yet to reach the peak.
What’s a typical day like for you?
Wake up around 7am, make food, get the girls ready for school, run to school before getting late, run back to start work, prepare lunch, wash and dry laundry (some days), work, eat, feed the girls coming after school, finish work, prepare dinner, feed, wash and put the girls to sleep, have dinner with husband, clean kitchen, wash, read a book (at least part of it) or watch one episode of a TV serial and fall asleep around 10pm.
Do you have any skills or talents that most people don’t know about?
I can sing 🙂 (at least I think I can lol)

I believe I am people person. I am inquisitive when occasion demands, I listen and always plan. I empathise and am resilient. I am passionate about selling Dynamics solutions.
